There aren't so many butchers that have genuinely reared their own Christmas fare - but that's where we're a little different!
Between Marcus, Poppy and Poppy's dad Matt, we are proud to bring you a Christmas dinner entirely grown at High Cross Farm. Our Norfolk Black farmyard turkeys have been installed since the beginning of August, enjoying delicious grain mixes for the perfect layer of fat - no dry turkey here. We then dry pluck all our turkeys by hand ourselves (with a few extra hands roped in for the occasion), giving a truly superior finish. We are pleased to bring you 28-day aged beef this year from British Blue cattle which Matt has carefully selected for you, along with his excellent lamb. Whatsmore, we've even bred and reared the pigs in blankets... We dry-cure our own bacon and make our sausages using our own pork from our Middle White and British Saddlback pigs.
