Grass-fed and grown on top of the Cotswolds, our hogget is second to none in flavour! Being a little older, hogget has a stronger flavour than lamb whilst still being tender. 
 
Half hogget box (rough weight 10-12kg) contains a mixture of:
Leg joints & steaks
Shoulder joints
Rack/cutlets
Loin chops
Neck chops
Breast
Diced and mince
Burgers and/or sausages
 
Whole hogget contains the same mixture but in double the quantity!
