Born and bred on top of the Cotswolds! Matt's been breeding his texel lambs for over 40 years and produces a top quality lamb, which customers always come back again! 
 
Half lamb box (rough weight 10-12kg) contains a mixture of:
Leg joints & steaks
Shoulder joints
Rack/cutlets
Loin chops
Neck chops
Breast
Diced and mince
Burgers and/or sausages
 
Whole lamb contains the same mixture but in double the quantity! 
 
We try to do a lamb batch at least monthly, subject to demand - we’ll let you know when our next batch is when you order, or please enquire before ordering if you prefer.
