Now in season, hare is a rich and flavourful meat which is great in a game stew. 
Each hare weighs roughly 2-3kg.
 
 
Our hares are sourced from Cotswold estates, and have been shot. We do not support any form of hare coursing and buy via the game dealers to ensure these have been humanely and legally sourced.
 
Whilst every effort has been made to remove all shot, and we reject any game that has been shot in a way that ruins the meat, some may remain which may be lead or steel.
